摘要
钢筋混凝土结构是单层工业厂房中一种常见的结构形式。特别是近十多年来，随着我国经济建设的迅速发展，由于生产的需要，这类结构以其造价低，适用范围广等优点而获得广泛的应用。本工程为统建食品加工厂车间，是一矩形单层单跨钢筋混凝土结构厂房。厂房的总长为72米，跨度为15米，采用6米柱距，总建筑面积约1080平方米。厂房的总高度为13.2米，轨顶标高8.7米，柱顶标高11米。由于有吊车，故采用等截面 H型柱。屋面采用有檩体系，檩条选用冷弯薄壁C型槽钢，屋面材料采用预应力混凝土屋面板，坡度为1/10。本设计的内容主要包括两个方面。一是建筑设计：平面、立面、剖面及屋顶平面；二是结构设计：荷载计算及内力分析及吊车梁的设计、基础设计等方面。
