1这题不是定语从句，定语从句是修饰成分，很显然这里没有修饰作用。
most of 后面应该加名词成分或名词性从句。只有what可以引导一个名词从句。
谓语在于【belong to】(belonged过去式表示曾经)
【Texas】 and 【most of what is now the southwestern part of the United States】 belonged to Mexico.
[what is now the southwestern part of the United States] 整个作为一个大名词。主语为并列结构。

【德克萨斯州以及现在的美国西南大部分地区，(曾经)都属于墨西哥。】

初一看我以为是the more。。。the more结构，可仔细一看好像又不是，像这样的句型怎么解释好？

the more the more只是一个基础模板，事实上衍生的模板为
【the 比较级……the 比较级】
前面是much的比较级the more ... 后面是easy的比较级the easier，很简单啊。

A和B的差别在于A是easily的比较级，这里就看这个空上应该填形容词还是副词。
显然easy在句子中的位置是表语，you'll feel easy 所以选择B.
