　One morning it took me an hour to watch a small ant carry a huge feather across

　　We worry about how much money we
have, we worry about work, about where we live, about all kinds of things. These
worries are heavy things, and they make an already difficult life even more
difficult. Worrying will do nothing good for us. When we get to where we want to
be in life, we will understand that worrying can only bring us down.
