就是it's high time后面不是可以用一般过去式和，should+动词原形，should不能省，但是我这几天做的几题，它们都是只选过去式，我不是很理解，我觉得这题应该有两个答案，就是B和D，但是老师也没讲清楚，跪求解释，谢谢啦！
