evening.But when is the best time for sports?
According to a new study,exercising in the evening is better than
some other time of a day."The effects of exercise may explain why some time of day could be better than others,"Dr.Orfeu Buxton
of the University of Chicago says so.
40 healthy men between the age of 20 and 30 took part in the experiment,and they were divided into five groups.Members from four of the groups exercise for one hour on a stairstepper in the
morning,afternoon,evening or night.Members of the control group didn't exercise.The effects in the evening was the best.
