1.pass sb sth=pass sth to sb.
2.pass on sb sth=pass sth on to sb. 这两个我明白
我想问的是 1=2么？

PASS是指传递,而PASS ON是指转交,如:
Pass me the ball. 传球
Pass on this paper to him. 把这张纸转交给他
