两者用法有所不同，

“think
out”是去想出来一个方法、方案来解决困难，跟“think
of”有一点相似。

另外，还有“Think

of
the
box/Think
outside
the
box.”是指思路要开阔，别墨守成规，要另辟蹊径。

up”是发明、设计出、想出、编造、凭空想象等意思。
