As you asked about fee, did you mean organization fee in China? My friend calculated it in estimation; if the event is organized here, the estimated event fee altogether is about 15,000 Australian Dollars, according to currant exchange rate. I don't know whether it is cheaper or more expensive compared to organizing events in Australia. If you have any better ideas please let me know, and we could discuss about it and then make a decision. Please let me know your thoughts.
