the other 是只有两个时，其中一个是one,另一个用the other .

others.是有许多，其中的一部分是some,另外的一部分叫others.但注意并不是全部．
　　　　如：There are a lot of people on the beach.some are taking the photos,
　　　　　　　　　　　others (＝other people)are swimming.(others =other+名词复数)
another是另一个，后接单数可数名词一．
　　　　如：　Could you show me another coat?this one is too small.
anothers没有见过．
