霸王花煲猪骨:每次用霸王花一到两棵,猪骨半斤,蜜枣一到两颗,加水适量共煲1个小时左右,此量可供3~4人用。霸王花性微凉,有润肺消燥,益气生津的功效,适合身体炽热、烟酒过量者服食。

先喝杯牛奶。根据科学测定,人体皮肤的新陈代谢在夜间12点至凌晨6时之间最旺盛。临上夜班前喝一杯牛奶,有益护肤,延缓皮肤衰老。

忌饮刺激兴奋之物。茶、咖啡都有兴奋作用,有些人喜欢在临下班之前喝杯茶或咖啡以除去一夜的疲劳,可下班后怎样也睡不着。这样长久下去,必然导致神经衰弱而发生早衰。

先喝一碗“安神粥”。粥内可放桂圆、莲子、百合、大枣等安神佳品。b。忌食肥腻食品及吃得过饱,最好进食清淡可口的饭菜,中医有“胃不和则卧不安”之说。c。温水泡脚10~15分钟,尤其适宜冬天。
