be around sb与around sb有什么区别
fall down落下，为从……落下的意思时，必须加from吗，很多地方都看到tears fall down my face
It's sad at the end.在课本上看到这句话的时候很奇怪，为什么可以省略of the……，可以用in the end代替它吗

be around sb与around sb没有本质的区别, 其实around sb前面必须是有动词的, 而be本身也是动词(系动词或be动词), 你懂的..

fall down是落下的意思, 可以加from表示从某处/哪里落下, 但是你提到的tears fall down my face, 这里的fall与down要分开来看, fall是落下, down是沿着/顺着的意思, 相信眼泪是从眼眶流出, 沿着脸庞落下. 同样, walk down the street and turn left at the first corner中的down也是作沿着/顺着理解.

It's sad at the end. 省略of the...是完全可以的, 如果前面讲述的是一个故事, 那么of the... 后面肯定是这个故事, 相信你已经懂了. in the end侧重于终于的意思, 所以不建议替换.

这句也是只有at the end。个人认为， 那句话只是强调sad，至于是在什么结尾处，到不突出讲了。参考下吧，有时英语也是语感吧
