I received your phone call, my service does not allow me to call China. I'm having a very hard time trying to understand what you are trying to say. My new printer is not compatible with my computer so I can't send you a copy of the shipping receipt, but I can send you all the information on it. I've already given this information to the postal service when I had them put a trace on the package. They said it takes the Chinese postal service about a month to complete their trace. Since I'm having a hard time understanding you, I'm starting to wonder how much you actually understand me. There is insurance on the jacket in case it's lost. Not the outcome either of us wants, especially me, since the insurance won't cover my costs. Hopefully, the trace will prove fruitful. Thanks.
