目前顾客的投诉很多,顾客就是上帝,所以我们应该以消费者的利益为主。我认为我们应该向顾客承认产品的质量不好,并且向他们道歉,这样才能更好的解决问题。然后我们应当收回不合格产品,并且按照价格退费用给顾客。最后我们要检查未出厂的产品质量,唯有这样才能解决目前的困难。

I heard our product in serious quality problem, it makes me very anxious. I'm very concerns about the future of the company.
Current customers complain a lot, the customer is god, so we should give priority to the interests of the consumer. I think we should admit that the quality of the products to the customer is bad, and apologize to them, in order to better solve the problem. And then we shall withdraw the unqualified products, and to return to the customer cost price. Finally we must check not factory's products quality, only such ability to solve the present difficulties.
