摘要：药物是把双刃剑，在治病救人的同时，也会给患者带来一定的伤害，特别是高危药品。通过对近年来的中外文献检索发现，高危药品由于给药途径不当、给药剂量过大、以及人为因素等导致的案例时有发生。全世界每年因用药导致的损害达150万人[1]，其中由于高危药品带来的损害占有一定的比例。对高危药品实施有效的管理是保证患者用药安全的重要前提。目前，国家对高危药品没有强制性规定，因此，探讨高危药品管理是一个迫切需要解决的课题。

Abstract : The drug is a double-edged sword . when it puts a patient right ,it brings somewhat harms ,especially for high-risk drugs .
It is founded that cases about high-risk drugs happened occasionally because of Improper administration ways , too large administration dosages , anthropic factors and so on according to the Chinese and foreign literature retrieval in recent years .There are 1500million people harmed by the drug all over the world erevy year and there are
proportion of the high-risk drugs .To implement effective management of the high-risk drugs is the important prerequisite to guarantee the safety for treating patients. At present, there are no mandatory provisions in our country about high-risk drugs. So ,it is an urgent issue to discuss the high-risk drug management .
