We assure that the delivered material is free of harmful substances which are mentioned below and allergic dye stuffs and the limits given by law for the following substances will not be exceeded.
In the case of confiscation and the destruction of the supplied goods due to the discovery of harmful substances by authorized governmental or civil authorities, we undertake to compensate for all losses incurred to the buyer

Hazardous materials: The seller (Supplier) guarantees that no AZO dyes are used in the material which can be split into the following amines and that the following limit values will be met.
