Question

一.概述
本水喷淋系统主要配套于港口机械的堆料机、卸船机、轨道吊等。主要用来除去堆料、卸料、运输过程中覆盖在设备表面的粉尘、浮尘等。
二.工作原理
水喷淋系统由水箱、单级离心泵、管道、手动阀、单向阀、压力表、玻璃管液位计、电磁阀、喷嘴等组成。
主要件表：

截止阀，过滤器，避震喉，单级离心泵，止回阀，压力表，直角安全阀，软管与水枪，快速接头，喷嘴，电磁阀，玻璃管液位计，浮球液位计，水箱， 2立方。本水喷淋系统共有三个喷淋点，水箱中设有高低液位，低液位时应首先停止离心泵，然后接上快速接头，打开补水电磁阀（1），开始补水。高液位时关闭补水电磁阀（1），停止补水。卸船机开始工作，当料到达大料斗时打开电磁阀（4），喷嘴开始喷雾压制灰尘。当料到达直溜筒时关闭电磁阀（4）并同时打开电磁阀（2），喷嘴开始喷雾压制灰尘。当料到达卸料皮带机时关闭电磁阀（2）并同时打开电磁阀（3），喷嘴开始喷雾压制灰尘，结束之后关闭电磁阀（3）。
整个工作循环结束之后，应根据每次工作循环之间的时间，来决定离心泵的关闭与启动，一般如每次工作循环在十分钟以上应停止离心泵，若在十分钟之内，则不必停止离心泵。

四.调试
卸船机工作前应检查水箱上玻璃管液位计的水位，低液位时应把水箱补满水，然后查看离心泵前端的截止阀是否打开，如未打开应打开阀门以免损害离心泵。
卸船机工作时开启离心泵，介质经过止回阀、管路到达各个喷淋点，当料到达喷淋点时打开喷淋点电磁阀开始喷水除尘。在每个喷淋点的电磁阀都设置的旁通阀，目的是为的在喷淋点电磁阀损坏时关闭电磁阀的前后节流阀，打开并联的节流阀，能使喷淋点正常工作，同时又可以维修电磁阀。
水箱上装有两个浮球液位控制器，当水箱中水低液位时，低液位浮球控制器报警，工作人员应开启补水电磁阀（1）开始加水。当水箱中水高液位时，高液位浮球控制器发讯，关闭补水电磁阀（1）停止加水。
在系统的最低处设置排水阀，用于入冬前放尽系统中的积水。水箱底部设排水阀(球阀)，用于排空水箱中水。
在大漏斗平台、振动给料器转接料口处各设置了一处冲洗装置，由球阀、快速接头、软管、高压水枪组成。需要使用冲洗装置时应开启离心泵，
