1） 告诉对方你在找博士或者硕士导师（一个句子）。
2） 简单介绍你的主要工作兴趣和经验（最好只有一个句子）。
3） 拍他一句不太肉麻的马屁（其实没有必要）。
4） 告诉对方附件的文件格式（例如PDF）并表示有问题你可以寄打印件或其他格式 。
5） 你的联系方式 。
6） 一定在附件里寄上你的简历，关键的东西要在里面反映，所以要精心准备简历。

Dear Prof. G. W. Bush，
Here I write you this email to apply for a postgraduate position in your group.
I was working in antitaidu and I plan to study how to use WhiteHouse to antitaidu.
Attached please find my CV with the statement of my research interest. The attachment is in Acrobat PDF format， so if you have any problem in opening it， please let me know and I can send you a hard copy.
