劳动争议处理作为劳动法中的重要组成部分,在我国的劳动法律体系中占据着重要的地位,劳动争议解决的是劳动者与用人单位之间的矛盾纠纷,劳动争议解决程序是否合理与完善,不仅关系到劳动者与用人单位之间的权利保护,还关系到整个社会劳资关系的稳定与社会经济的发展。本文介绍我国劳动争议制度的发展,并通过分析现行劳动争议解决程序中存在的问题,提出完善劳动争议解决程序的建议,以建立更加合理的劳动争议解决程序,解决好劳资纠纷、稳定劳资关系,促进社会经济的健康发展。

As an important part of labor law, dealing with labor dispute stand the important position in our country’s labor law. Labor dispute solve the conflict between labourer and employee. Whether dealing with labor dispute is reasonable or perfect is not only related with the protection of right between labourer and employee, but it is related with the stability of whole social labor relation and the development of social economy.
