Question

氧气转炉炼钢法已经成为世界范围内主要的炼钢方法。在氧气转炉炼钢中，烟气的净化与回收系统又是实现绿色冶金的关键环节。
转炉在吹氧冶炼期，产生含有大量一氧化碳和含铁粉尘的高温烟气，如何合理地利用废气中的潜能和显能及含铁粉尘，保证煤气回收的数量和质量，提高煤气回收率和保护环境日益成为人们致力研究解决的重要课题。
本文在查阅了大量国内外相关文献的基础上，综述了氧气转炉炼钢及其烟气净化与回收技术的发展历程及各国的研究概况，对OG法转炉煤气回收的工艺流程与工艺设备进行了研究与设计，最后对转炉烟气净化与回收系统的自动控制进行了设计与编程。
本文在目前国内最普遍采用的OG法煤气回收系统的基础上进行设计。烟气净化与回收采用两级控制系统，上位机采用SIMATIC WinCC，负责过程参数的监视、报警、系统参数的设定、报表的存档打印等；下位机利用Siemens S7-400系列的PLC产品，完成过程参数的采集、处理和对象的控制，将采集到的数据送到上位机同时接收上位机的指令等。
近几年来我国的钢铁行业发展迅速，已经成为世界上的钢铁大国。但其中低污染、低能耗的转炉并未普及。因此，这套OG法煤气回收系统的研究与推广在我国有着重要意义。
