Thank you for your reply for my yesterday mail.The first,I'm soory for my disturbing.I have booked two rooms in your hotel from HRS,but now due to the change of my schedule I need to cancle the orders.HRS asked me to contact your hotel,and I sent your E-mial to HRS too.But HRS asked me to ask your hotel for a clear approval of the cancellation of orders,then HRS will cancel the orders for me.I'm so sorry because of my own reason,and I request your forgiveness once again.Also trouble you to return an E-mail to me to prove that your hotel agree to cancel the orders,thank you very much!

Thank you for your reply about my Email,in the first,sorry for bothering you,I booked two rooms from your hotel by HRS yesterday,by the reason of journey,I have to cancel the order now,HRS asked me to contact your hotel,I also sent your Email to HRS,but HRS asked me to inform your hotel to send them a specific approval of agreeing to cancel the order,only this HRS can help me cancel order.I'm so sorry for delaying your time due to my personal reason,please forgive me again,and send me an Email to show your willing to cancel the order.
