Slaves were transported on a commercial scale from Africa to America, making slave trading one of the most lucrative business of that time. Due to these reasons, black people lived in miserable circumstances. Slaves in plantations were inhumanely treated. This paper aims to reproduce the miserable lives of black slaves with the use of a significant quantity of historical facts. In addition, this paper intends to re-enact the cruel exploitation of the slaves by their owners for economic gains, and analyse the social situation of blacks of that time and the attention received by the black people. Ultimately, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of the lives of black people during the period of Britsh colonisation.
